Rules & Regulations
Dear Parents, these rules are laid down for the benefit of your ward. Co-operation from your end would boost the efforts of the faculty. Punctuality and Discipline are the essence of one's life and that has to be understood by everyone associated with the school.
General Regulations
Parents seeking new admission should provide a Transfer Certificate if admission is sought in class 1st and above. For Montessory classes, a Birth certificate from Nagar Nigam is mandatory.
Parents can come and meet teachers on a Parent Teacher meeting day.
Parents should learn the habit of submitting Written Application for all reasons i.e.- absence, leave or meeting even complains.
Parents should ensure that their child comes to school in proper & prescribed uniform on all days. Failing to do so he/she would not be allowed to attend the classes.
Parents or visitors will not be allowed to enter the school premises during working hours. If any such need arises, an application has to be submitted before hand in the office.
ALL FEES MUST BE PAID BY 10TH OF EACH MONTH. Thereafter a fine would be charged.
All fees is Non Refundable.
Students taking bus will have to give a month prior notice for discontinuing the facility otherwise fees would be charged for remaining 6 months.
The school also does not take responsibility of any Valuables that the child brings to school.
The Parents should take the initiative of encouraging their child to participate in all extra curricular activities.
No TC or Report card without all fee clearance.
A fifteen day notice is required before a pupil is withdrawn.
Presence on all National Festivals is compulsory otherwise fine would be levied.
The school requests to avoid tutions.
Rules for Parents
Parents are expected to co-operate with the efforts of the school. Regularity, Punctuality, Discipline are the essence of life and should to be understood.
Parents can meet teachers only on Prior Appointment.
Parents will not be allowed to enter School premises during working hours.
The complaint should be lodged through an application.
Application for the absence of the ward should be submitted duly to the teachers. Avoid absence to get rewards.
Parents are requested to respond only to the message sent in written otherwise not.
Parents are requested to sign the test copies of their child regularly.
Parents are requested not to enter into private tution arrangements with any teachers as it is neither advised nor recomended.
One months notice is required at the time of withdrawal of the child.
Conveyance facility once taken cannot be withdrawn for six months.
Presence on all Parents Teacher Meeting days is compulsory
Students up till class 4th will not be allowed to come on cycle.
Parents are requested not to crib for any sort of payment they make in school for co-curricular activities.
Home work is the responsibility of students. Parents should make sure that it is done regularly, keep checking the copies of their wards.
